Rich and Lisa Lamb served together on staff with IVCF after they were married in 1987 at UC Santa Cruz until 1989. They then moved to Cambridge to serve the Harvard-Radcliffe Christian Fellowship until 1993. When Mark was born (1993) and then Becca (1995), Lisa reduced her hours on staff but maintained part-time involvement while Rich served as Area Director, then Regional Director, then National Field Director from 2001-2006. Lisa left staff in 2001 to pursue her MDiv and then PhD in Practical Theology from Fuller.
Since 2008 Lisa has taught homiletics courses at Fuller Seminary, and from July 2017 through June 2020 served as Visiting Professor full time at Fuller. She has also served several churches in an Interim pastoral role. From 2009 to 2020 Rich has worked as a project manager for a technology and health firm.
Now their adult children are out of the house and married, Mark and his wife Leslie residing in Hong Kong as bitcoin entrepreneurs, and Becca and her husband Avery in Durham NC, while Avery completes a graduate program at Duke University.
